Team ​

The Team page in smoxy is where you manage the members of your organization and control what each of them can do. It is the Team item in the organization navigation.

The page is organized into:

  • A list of current members with their roles
  • Pending invitations you have sent but that haven't been accepted yet
  • An explanation of the available roles
  • A security setting to require two-factor authentication for all members

Members ​

The members list shows everyone who currently belongs to your organization. Here you can:

  • Invite new members: Add people to your organization by sending them an email invitation and assigning a role.
  • Remove members: Remove members from your organization when they no longer need access.
  • Change roles: Assign or change the role of each member based on their responsibilities.

Pending invitations ​

Invitations you have sent appear under Pending invitations until they are accepted. From here you can resend or cancel an invitation that is still outstanding.

smoxy uses three roles:

  1. Owner:
    • Full access to manage team members, settings, and permissions.
    • Can read and write billing data.
  2. Manager:
    • Can manage zones and organization settings.
    • Cannot manage team members.
  3. Viewer:
    • Can read all configurations for zones within the organization but cannot make any changes.
    • Cannot clear the cache using the quick actions on the dashboard page of each zone.

Require 2FA for all members ​

Under Security, the Require 2FA for all members toggle enforces two-factor authentication across the whole organization. When it is enabled, members who don't yet have 2FA are prompted to set it up the next time they sign in and are blocked until they do.

How members set up 2FA for their own account -- authenticator app, recovery codes, and all -- is covered in Two-Factor Authentication.

INFO

Personal API tokens are not managed here. They live under Account → API Tokens - see API Tokens. The Audit Log, which records the history of changes made within the organization, is a separate item in the organization navigation.
